Is it normal to have diarrhoea for the last two days , started taling for the first time Monday , is there anything that I can do to help ?
Heya, yes I got loads of GI effects at first - started in December. And still have some around dose day and the next couple of days. Sometimes Imodium helped a little but what was life changing was reading in one the forums about taking digestive enzymes, and Bloateze. They both help me regulate a bit better but it’s been a journey and I still get quite fatigued for 2-3 days a week. I’m on 10mg now. Been life changing but takes management.
