Anyone recommend a free Mounjaro weight tracker app? I saw one called Shotsy but it’s a free week then £10 a month. Many thanks

I use shotsy to track injections and nutracheck to track calories, both have free versions
I use DoseDiary free version for shots & weight, similar to Shotsy but a few more of the features you have to pay for on Shotsy like the est.level tracker.
I use Huel to track food, it does have calories & macros but is more based on saiety levels, i was sceptical initially but it does work!

Update - some very cool graphs there and tracking how much medicine in the system at different phases of the week
I use gala gpl-1 tracker on Google play store. Fully free and easy to use. You can track everything and even tells you how much mounjaro you have in your body in between injections. Love it.

I created my own Excel table with condition formatting and functions.
I have three tabs: Log (for the food I eat daily), Food Database, which includes the kcal/100g, sugar, carbs, protein, fat, and the third is the Daily Summary with a nice diagram.
I also have an Excel dose workbook, two tabs, the first is the doses and dates with body weight ( shows the weight loss too), and the second tab is the weekly body measurements.
Costs nothing and is fun to create. More fun to maintain daily and see the progress.

I started using it, but as of this evening, all the data has disappeared and the website says there is an error loading my data, so I’m not sure how reliable it is anymore
There was a minor issue with the host, but it’s been fixed and won’t happen again. Stay tuned for some new features this month!
